Everyone is feeling the crunch right now. No one is immune.
Graduation people are scrambling around making sure they sent out every last invitation.
Double checking on the party head count and what they will feed them at these parties.
It's the end of the month and every one else may feel a different crunch.
"Holy Crap My Kid is Graduating!"
Or "I have to plant my garden!"
I'm feeling the Graduation crunch today, I promised some people I would help out this weekend and next weekend my sister graduates. It's going to be a busy busy time.
On top of that I'm still anxiously waiting my fate, all I need is a phone call really.
But not getting it right now. Like RIGHT NOW is making me anxious and that is never a good thing.
I'm so close to getting my goals accomplished, I'm getting stir crazy just to see this thing through!
Thank goodness it's Friday, I can take all weekend to get things accomplished on my end!
Congratulations to all the graduates this coming weekend!

Something to write about?
Whilst at work today.... yeah I'm still here!
I found this little gem. (No it isn't anything for my kitchen and no it isn't any type of clothing)
I found this blog called the Shabby Princess its funny and makes the day go faster!
Even better, I have found another one with the same sickness as me.
Spending money and trying to stay strong against the powers of Target, and grocery shopping, and pretty shoes.
I'm still sticking to my goals of saving my money for some big purchases, and to you know bed my accounts. It hasn't been easy but so far so good, and I'm proud of myself for showing such restraint.
If you are bored, need a funny story, or just waiting for the Maytag guy to finish fixing your washer take a look.

Bound and Determined
I'm am so Determined.
Some of you already know. I have a slight obsession with photography. All kinds of photography. And for lord knows how long, all I've wanted was a camera.
You know the kind, expensive, beautiful, and just what I need to allow me to be free in my own world of capturing pretty pictures, arty pictures (arty?), working pictures, pictures of people, animals, flowers. I would love to be good enough to shoot wedding's one day.
Basically once I get that camera it will be attached to my body, I want to capture everything. To be able to look back at all my pictures and feel the same way I did when I took them.
See? I told you I'm obsessed.
The only problem is finding the right camera and saving every last penny for it.
I've tried bribing my Mom several times. "Well if I had a great camera, I could do Em's (my little sister) senior pictures."
I've tried bribing Ryan other ways, "But honey..." Never mind, lets keep this a family site.
My plan's for bribery hasn't worked.
So I'm taking matters into my own hands. I have picked the camera. That's right I have found "the one".
Now my next step, save save save save save.
Even if this means we will eat beans and rice for years. I'm saving the green.
I'm going to buy that camera. My goal is to buy that camera this year. I have until January 2010 to make this purchase. (What? I need some time to save the dough)
Wish me luck, or you know donations are welcome too...
On other news. Basketball practice starts on Monday. I'm coaching the middle school girls.
That's right you heard it here first. I'm coaching basketball.... um please pray for us all.

Plowing through time, and snow drifts
It's a New Year!
A time to re-cap last year, and a time to make plans for the new one.
But before all that, you must celebrate the New Year. What do you normally do?
Because we are in a new place for the New Year, we didn't do what we usually would.
We stayed home, had some friends over and played Cranium!
Have you ever played? It's a fun game, and will change your life.
Of course it gets better as everyone drinks more, people let their pride go and sing like Whitney Houston, or act like a beaver with courage and no inhibitions. (it's at this point in time, I usually pick the most embarrassing card and laugh until tears roll down my face.)
It doesn't get better when a manly, quiet cowboy gets up and sings "Happy Birthday Mr. President" while he crosses his legs pretending to hold down a dress from the wind.
If only I had it on Video, I could be rich.
That's how we brought in the New Year!
Anyways back to the re-cap of last year, 2008:
We moved to Belt (Windy, snow drifting America) Montana
I was jobless for a while, so I was constantly in the Kitchen creating wonderful deserts.
I decided it was a good idea to paint our whole house.
I realized I hated painting.
I got a Volleyball Coaching job in Belt.
I realized I love coaching.
We had our one year anniversary, both survived unscathed.
We both turned one year older.
I had a series of unfortunate events.
Then I had another series of unfortunate events.
Then Christmas, then the New Year.
What I want to accomplish in 2009:
Finish painting my whole house.
Save enough money to purchase 3 big things: camera, grill guard, gun.
Read 5 books.
Find time to read books.
Put my foot down more at work
Maybe cut my hair (sorry Dad)
Dye my hair when I chicken out about cutting my hair.
Settle for highlights when I chicken out yet again.
Win the lottery
Ride my horse more.
Find time to ride my horse.
Finish the Volleyball Season just as good this year or better.
Visit my friends.
Go visit my friends in their hometown.
Buy jeans.
Buy a plow to plow my snow drifting drive way. I've gotten stuck in it twice... in one day.
I almost didn't make it out today, but I have my truck back so we made it!
I think I should explain these snow drifts better. They have a life of their own, their goal in life is to keep me in the house. I'm serious, I'm a prisoner, they are very good goal achievers.
They are in cohorts with the wind. Either you sink or get stuck in a drift or the wind blows snow, dirt and lord know what else in your face. There is no winning. ever.
